Dell to introduce cheap portable Media player. The player is said to feature a small navigation screen and basic button controls to scroll through music play lists. It would connect to online music services via a Wi-Fi Internet connection. The Dell MP3 player will have Internet radio integration. Dell is also working on software for a range of portable PCs that will let users download and organize music and movies from various online sources. iRiver Aquabeat is a waterproof MP3 player. The player is waterproof down to 3 meters only and it will hit Japan this July 4th for approximately $145. Aquabeat targets swimmers who want to enjoy their favorite tunes while doing their daily exercise. It measures a relatively small 61mm x 46mm x 20mm and and weight only 35 grams.  The storage capacity of this small MP3 player is 1GB and the battery will last for 9 hours.

Philips introduces Square shaped MP3 Players ‘SA2845, SA2825, SA2840 and SA2820′, its new line of MP3 players which are really small in size. MP3 Players come with a storage capacity of 2 GB to 4 GB. It has a tiny embedded 128×64 OLED screen with drag and drop interface (more…)
