Hasselblad is introducing its new 50-MegaPixel H3DII-50 camera system, featuring the world’s largest sensor. The H3DII-50 is designed to meet the exacting demands of high-end commercial photographers who require the ultimate in both image quality and performance. Featuring the new Kodak 50 MegaPixel sensor, measuring 36×48mm, twice the physical size of the largest 35mm DSLR sensors. The H3DII-50 camera system produces the most detailed, highest resolution files available, it can generates 300MB files at 1FPS. Moreover, Hasselblad has announced that the owners of the H3DII-39 can trade it up for the H3DII-50, when it launches in October, for the difference in price. (more…)
