First BlackBerry Thunder live pics surfaced. The BlackBerry Thunder has its own touchscreen QWERTY keyboard. The BlackBerry Thunder’s keyboard has two orientations. You can type on the SureType keyboard with the phone in upright or portrait mode. The keyboard also uses Haptics, which gives users tactile response when pressing the keys. Thunder is a true enterprise phone with Copy/Paste, Spell Check, Save Draft and Attach File commands on the menu. The BlackBerry Thunder is said to have a full glass screen that supports multi-touch, tactile feedback and OS 4.7. Wi-Fi and other connectivity features are also expected.

The device runs a new version of the BlackBerry OS, 4.6.The Bold 9000 features a HVGA (480 x 320 pixels) resolution display,which will most likely improve usability of many of the BlackBerry applications. It is not a touchscreen phone.

RIM packed in 1 GB of internal memory into the Bold 9000, as well as a microSD card slot for up to 16 GB of extra memory. Connectivity wise, the BlackBerry Bold contains tri-band HSDPA and quad-band EDGE, 802.11a/b/g Wi-Fi, stereo Bluetooth and GPS. (more…)
