The HTC Desire (codenamed Bravo), is a super smartphone developed by the HTC Corporation, It is powered by a 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and runs the latest version of Android operating system, version 2.1. HTC Desire delivers intense brilliance, sharp contrast, and true colors on the expansive 3.7-inch active-matrix OLED (AMOLED) touchscreen display with multi-touch. The Desire offers an unmatched web browsing and multimedia experience. It is packed with a built in 5.0 megapixel camera, with auto focus and an LED Flash. It measures 119 x 60 x 11.9 mm and weighs only 135g but its curved edges and dark two-tone finish make it look smaller than it actually is. The Desire is complimented by a G-sensor, a proximity sensor and an ambient light sensor. These enable helpful features such as automatically lowers the ringer volume as soon as the phone is picked up and Mutes the ringer when the phone is flipped face down.
