Sony has announced at the Leipzig Games Convention that it is launching PSP-3000, a revamped version of its PSP handheld console. The new model will feature better hardware features over the current PSP slim and Lite. Dell to introduce cheap portable Media player. The player is said to feature a small navigation screen and basic button controls to scroll through music play lists. It would connect to online music services via a Wi-Fi Internet connection. The Dell MP3 player will have Internet radio integration. Dell is also working on software for a range of portable PCs that will let users download and organize music and movies from various online sources. The main features of the new Cowon P5 include 5 inch touchscreen with 800×480 pixel resolution, Widget and Haptic User interface, T-DMB TV tuner, FM radio, Bluetooth, video and music player (AVI, ASF, WMV, MPG, OGM, DivX, Xvid, MPEG4, WMV9, MP3, WMA, AC3), photo player, document viewer, USB host, USB 2.0, WiFi USB stick to connect to the internet and use the Windows CE browser.
