Sony has announced at the Leipzig Games Convention that it is launching PSP-3000, a revamped version of its PSP handheld console. The new model will feature better hardware features over the current PSP slim and Lite. The model would follow the Nintendo DS and feature a built-in microphone, an even brighter LCD screen than currently and Skype support. It is expected to hit market in October 2008
