Samsung Unveiled Q210 and Q310 - The Eclipse Range Laptops

Samsung unveiled Q210 and Q310 the eclipse range laptops, The new eclipse range laptops are powered by Intel Core 2 Duo chips. The Q210, which replaces the Q45, uses a 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo chip, while the Q310 ups the ante with a 2.4GHz processor. The Q210 has a display of 12.1-inch and Q310 has a display of 13.3-inch, with either capable of 1280×800 (WXGA) resolution. The two new laptops from the Eclipse series share the same 4GB of DDR2 RAM, NVIDIA’s GeForce 9200M GS graphics card with onboard 256MB and an integrated HDMI output. Other external connections comprising a 34mm PCI Express slot and 3 USB ports, and the Q310 has an integrated 7-in-1 memory card reader, while the Q210 makes do with a 3-in-1.

Wireless connectivity options common to both the new releases comprise integrated 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0 EDR, while an Ethernet card allows network support. Also, both include a 1.3-megapixel integrated webcam. Samsung’s Silver Nano technology has been used to coat the keyboards of all five new laptops, eliminating virtually all bacteria.

Q210 and Q310 the eclipse range laptops will launch this September.
